Due to the fact we didn't play last week, it was difficult to name the Employee of the Week. We did have one vote to name Janet McEvers of Hawley as the winner because she always knows where we are playing. However, since she is not an official member of the band, We have decided to name myself as the winner because I did book several dates on the band this fall. Once again, Bud Fontes came in last in the final tally.
Our next gig that is open to the public will be Dakota Magic in Hankinson on January 25-26. This is our favorite casino to play and we are looking forward to it. We will be learning some new songs Saturday afternoon while we are there so if you have a certain tune that you think we should do, let me know and I will run it by the other guys.
